Its the oryginal acrylic painting for Flesh and Blood 'Hunted' set. This is the second version of that card. The digital version was officially released in Prague 16-19th of January 2025. I painted this picture based on the digital version in a 3 days on Prague event. The oryginal pencil sketch and digital color final was made in 2024.

About the art.
In the picture there is a fiery dagger. There were a few preliminary sketches for this project, but none of them quite fit the right composition On the initially approved pencil sketch, I simply drew a long sword glowing with fire, but that wasn't the point - I was supposed to draw a simple dagger. After a few preliminary sketches and consultations, the art director showed me the right direction to take and then I quickly draw the right version, guided by the description of the card. After that, everything went smoothly. I made a few corrections, mainly regarding the length of the weapon itself and moving away from the elven style (because it always goes in that direction for some unknown reason when I'm drawing similar things to that) towards a fiery, samurai style. After getting the right composition and an advanced linear sketch, we added a longer ponytail, a cape and the card was set. The digital illustration was created quite quickly right after that. Thanks to this, painting it on canvas was totally relaxing and much faster (without the problems that were previously solved while working with pencils on paper and digital processing in Photoshop.) I really enjoyed working on this project. I hope that this is not the last traditional picture that I have painted for Flesh and Blood! Hopefully more like this.
